We guarantee the quality and authenticity of our jade products are 100% natural originating from Aceh, Indonesia. We do not sell jade that has undergone treatment or synthetic stones.

2. Color Accuracy

We take pictures and videos as accurately as possible with the original colors. but Although the photos on this site are carefully selected to depict colors as accurately as possible, some variations may occur due to the configuration of your monitor. 4. Delivery

Every order placed through our platform will be processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received and verified. Shipping is done with DHL Express Worldwide and BP Plan (Sea Freight). For more details please click here

5. Return of Goods & Refunds

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Only merchandise in re-saleable condition may be returned, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
